Scott Robarge is an avid outdoors enthusiast and sports fan. Over the years having lived in Boulder, Aspen, Tahoe, the Bay Area and his early years on the shore of Lake Michigan, he has grown to love any activity that involves getting into the hills or mountains on foot or on a bike. While he’s an active runner and biker, he’s also an avid skier, snowboarder and water skier. He also enjoys spending time tending to his house, yard and garden. He’s a huge advocate of bringing life to his yard whether that’s by planting a tree or flower in the yard or fruits or vegetables in the garden. Having had the opportunity to live in such beautiful places, he developed a desire to capture the experiences, thus his interest in photography. While still a somewhat amateur and part time photographer, he enjoys capturing his life experiences with family and friends, often times outside.
As a professional, Scott has been in the recruiting industry for over fifteen years. He started his career as an agency recruiter, and then cofounded a recruiting firm named Alpine Recruiting, followed by working at salesforce.com, and then Greylock Partners. He most recently founded Another8, a recruiting consultancy that partners with venture capital backed technology startup companies.
A native of Michigan as well as a graduate of the University of Michigan, Scott is a lifelong Michigan sports fan. Go Blue!
